Description
This is based enteirly on the Gazmac52 design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4982186 I needed to modify the system to allow 6mm round magnets instead of 5x5x5 in the original design. Also I wanted the cables to be hidden so I designed this embosed cable base and cover. This cover uses 2mm screws. Also the room for the hall sensor was very tight for me se I added a little more room to have the cables and heat shrink protectors. I'm planning to use a PCB board instead to be sure the little terminals won't short circuit. That's why I added 2 x 3mm holesto fasten the PCB in place. This should be a universal 2.54mm (0.1 inch) pad separation pcb. I also added 4mm brass inserts for the brake in the gimbal 2. The brass inserts I have for 4mm screws have the following dimmensions M4* 6 * 5.5 (internal diameter, height, external diameter). I designed the holes of these inserts to be 5.2 so you can melt that with sufficient plastic. I added the two versions of the gimbal with and without inserts. For the other parts you can go to the original file. Thank you to Gazmac52 for this design.
