The: https://eletechsup.com/products/ac-110v-220v-to-3-3v-5v-12v-24v-voltage-signal-detection-module-power-on-off-alarm-board-for-plc-rs485-io-module board is an easy way to safely detect AC power with a digital circuit, but the bare board has line power accessible, so needs a way to mount and cover it. This is that base and cover. I used some Python code on a Raspberry Pi to read the status of my grid power and send me PushOver messages when the grid goes up and down, as with my solar power system I don't otherwise notice. There's no need for the Vcc connection to the digital side, the output is just switched to ground when there's grid power. Enjoy!
