Gridfinity Bins with hinged lids

Added hinge options to the original code (https://www.printables.com/model/274917-gridfinity-rebuilt-in-openscad) to make hinged bins that have a lid for use with (https://www.printables.com/model/543553-gridfinity-storage-box-by-pred-now-parametric). With default settings the hinge can use a 1.75 piece of filament as the hinge. Haven't extensively tested different size hinges so change at your own risk. Lid adds 1 unit to height.
