Description
Note, I accidentally generated these with the hex grid rotated, meaning the flat top was facing up. This might be harder to print as the grid will require bridging, but it does use a little less filament and prints a little faster. Some people liked this look so I have posted this one as well. A light version of my Gridfinity Hex Cups, with a hex pattern cut out of the walls and a smooth efficient base. all sizes - 999 models. The Hex grid and smooth efficient base reduces filament usage. For example; w2_d3_h6: uses 55g print time 3h3min w2_d3_h6 hex grid: uses 51.3g print time 2h52min w2_d3_h6 hex grid with smooth efficient floor: uses 35.2g print time 2h22min w2_d3_h6 rotated grid with smooth efficient floor: uses 34.1g print time 2h21min Note, print times are relative these we calculated for a mks3 on draft. Options Widths = [0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6] Depths = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6] Heights = [2, 2.5, 3-37] I really like this model, I find the pattern very satisfying.
