Description

Gridfinity Ultra Light Bin Generator Online Check out the Gridfinity Ultra-Light Bin System. With so much to print in the Gridfinity universe, this system helps you save time, filament and money, allowing you to print even more Gridfinity stuff... It all started with the Gridfinity Lite Bins from Jake . But I thought maybe they could be even lighter without losing stability. So, I redesigned them from the ground up and achieved an ultra-light version of it that is not a flimsy as a vase mode bin. Then i needed a bin with a divider. So here it is: The Gridfinit Ultra-Light Bin System with dividers. If you encounter any issues when printing the bins or need a size that is not available, please feel free to let me know. I will either fix the error or upload the missing parts. Happy printing :) Other Editions Plain Edition Noting else, just plain bins 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Plain Label Edition Plain bins with labels 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Divider Label Edition Divider bins with label 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Plain Half Grid Edition Ultra light half grid version 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Plain Label Half Grid Edition Ultra light half grid version with labels 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Gridfinity Ultra Light Bin Generator A OpenSCAD file to create your own Gridfinity Ultra Light Bin How to find your bin The first two numbers indicate the grids in the X and Y directions. One grid is 42 x 42 mm. So, for example, a 2x3x_ box would be 84 mm in the X direction and 126 mm in the Y direction. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media The third number indicates the height of a box. One height unit is 7 mm. On top of that height comes a lip with approximately 4.4 mm of height to stack the next box onto it. So, for example, a _x_x3 would be around about 25.4 mm high. If you want to know more, there is a very good website , where all the specifications are explained. The last two numbers indicate the number of sub-boxes inside the box in the X and Y directions. So, for example, a 1x2 would have 1 box in the X direction and 2 boxes in the Y direction, resulting in one divider. A 2x2 would have two dividers. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Changelog Date Version Type Comment 2024-02-08 V2.0 Minor changes New models and a few changes 2024-01-06 V1.1 New models Added 3x3 models 2023-11-19 V1.1 New models Added new sizes 2023-11-19 V1.1 Folder Structure New folder structure for files 2023-11-19 V1.1 Bug Fix Fixed bug with inside roundings 2023-11-18 V1.0 Release
