Description
I lack the woodworking tools (and frankly, the hand eye coordination) to make a wooden rocker for the Hadley telescope. I do, however, have access to a diode laser cutter. The bottom layer of the telescope base bottom .stl was imported into Lightburn to place the base screw holes. Also mocked up the Lazy Susan bearing and positioned those screw holes. In the files section are also feet to cover the bottom bolts. These were printed in Overture TPU. Red in the .svg is the cut lines. Blue is a tool path. Assembly uses the Hadley imperial hardware. ¼" thick wood would probably work best. All I had available was 12x12 1/8" thick birch plywood. I glued two top and bottom layers together for the final assembly.
