Description

I moved this out of Hadley Telescope Mods to prevent it to become to big and confusing because of many different topics. Another approach for threaded tubes. I added an extra part besides the well known A/B/C tubes types from the original Hadley telescope tube subassembly - Vase mode , the tube holder. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media I printed three of these. Two are going on each side of the UTA and one on top of the LTA. The A/B/C tubes are flexible enough to squeeze them through the rods. I printed one A tube, two B tubes and one C tube to assemble a full length tube. The tube holder on top of the UTA is to hold the cap. The cap fits on the tube holder, the small side of A tube and on C tube. I realized later, that the cap doesn't fit because of the collimation screws. So I added another A tube on top. Printed with PETG, 0.4 nozzle, 0.20 mm SPEED profile on a MK4S. Please note: It's not compatible with the original. Also, do not print any of the parts in vase mode.
AI Analysis: This object is a component of a Hadley telescope, specifically a tube assembly. It is designed to hold and guide the optical tube for astronomical observations. The cylindrical shape and threaded section indicate it is part of the telescope's mounting system, providing structural support and alignment for the optical components.
