Handguard for Gryphon Cage

Cosmetic handguard for a modified v1.3 41mm crush 1-stage or 2-stage cage. (2-stage cage files added but are still being tested). Included in the files is a simple bcar removal tool, so you can attach and remove bcars without removing the handguard. Uses 3M screws for the picatinny rails and handguard attachment to the gryphon cage and body. .STEP and .F3D included for adjustment. Print parts with support (especially the handguard), the stls are not aligned for printing. Print Orientation that worked for me: - AR Handguard: align the picatinny rail face-down on the plate. - Protean BCAR (Threaded): align muzzle face-down on the plate, so threaded side faces upwards. ------ Updates ------ 1/29/26 - Added 2-stage 41mm cage, testing still WIP. - Added 2-stage handguard. - Added 2-stage handguard picatinny rail. - Added handguard top-rear segment that can be added to existing single stage handguard to attach to a 2-stage cage.
