Description
It's designed to fit the neck of most 5, 6, or 7-liter water bottles with a 45mm diameter. Simply attach the two halves to the neck of the bottle and slide the handle onto them, slightly bending one end. Then, glue the side caps in place with a small amount of superglue (do not glue the handle, otherwise it won't rotate). A convenient handle to replace the stock one; it can rotate in two planes. Metal options are much stronger. My PEG turned out to be somewhat fragile after printing, so I had to make it thicker because it broke when I tried to spin a 6-liter bottle in my hands; the round thing simply broke. If you print with supports as they are located in the STL file, the handle itself will be strong, but the hinges with the hole will not. If you place it sideways, they will be strong, but the handle will most likely come off. Give it a try. I printed it with a 0.8mm nozzle in 25 minutes with supports all over the surface, and it assembled and works perfectly. Those two thin rectangular pieces are not necessary; they hold the two halves together, which the handle itself will do anyway. They need to be glued with superglue, like the plugs on the sides. (If you do glue those rectangular ties, the two halves might become crooked and cause the handle to slip)
