Handy Dandy 1/6 Barrel Keg Travel Stabilizer

Did you ever finish your keg and need to trade it in for a full one? Or buy a new keg and head home to hook it up? Did it want to roll around in the back of the car like a 40 pound bowling pin? Well i got something for you. A handy dandy keg stabilizer that you can strap to your keg and keep it from rolling around in the car. This one is made specifically to fit to the side of a 1/6 barrel commercial keg size. Would probably work with a 5 gallon Cornelius keg as well. The design is split in half so that you can fit the print on a 8x8x8 size printer bed. Two halves are joined and affixed to the keg with 2" wide loop tape (Velcro) straps. In order to stabilize a keg you will need to print 4 half stabilizers. I attached a screenshot of the loop tape that i used in the picture. I plan on adding an alternative design soon with triangular nubs on the bottom instead of rounded ones for more grip on carpet and things. Update! Tried it out today and worked like a charm. Added a picture. It rode in the car this way all the way home and didn't move one bit with normal driving (basically I acted like i didn't have a 5 gallon cylinder in the back). For future improvements would be a way for the pair to interlock. When attaching it they wanted to pull apart from each other, an ability to key together would be great. Ideally you would print as one piece but my printer bed is not big enough to do that. Stay tuned, an updated version should be coming soon.
