Happy Birthday Hanging Tag

I wanted to make a little 4-color "happy birthday" tag suitable for hanging on something like a wine bottle. I came across this image online and modified it slightly to clean it up, add some relief, holes for string, and some color. The original SVG designer kindly granted permission to share it here.
