I also pushed the modifications for OPENWRT to run on Raspberry Pi 5 to GitHub. Quick heads up - I didn't have the STEP file when I started, so I used the STL with Render to make these changes. Realized way too late I could've used the STEP file instead. lol. But hey, at least I learned how to use Render through this project! Based on all the feedback in the comments, here's what I fixed: UPS Hat Power Button Issue - FIXED! I removed the recessed outlines for the USB ports and connectors from the case itself. and moved to to the case insert. This fixes the problem everyone was having with breaking the UPS hat switch. The insert slides in way smoother now too. Added Physical Buttons: I designed two actual buttons you can print (not just holes): One for the Raspberry Pi 5 power button One for the UPS hat power button. (this may need a little bit of force to go in, insert it from the outside) I printed mine with TPU filament. Antenna Improvements: Added one extra antenna socket and recessed them. Still experimenting with different variations. This also lets you print it laying flat on the antenna side, which saves a ton of time and material - otherwise you need a crazy amount of supports. Better Port Access: Made the opening for the back USB ports, ethernet, etc. both taller and wider. This makes it work for both Pi 5 and Pi 4 since their board positions are inverted. The extra height also gives you more room to actually plug things in without fighting the case. What I Didn't Touch: I haven't worked on the screw threads for the side mount yet since I haven't needed to use side mounts. Let me know if you need any specific tweaks or have requests! P.S. - I removed the audio jack opening since the Pi 5 doesn't have one anyway.
