Headband for Prusa Protective Face Shield - RC2 - No Hex Holes and 15mm Height

I pulled the original RC2 STL into CAD software and got rid of the holes in the inner band and removed the top 5mm of the whole piece. I got the idea from peter m. I would have printed using his STL, but the band thickness was inconsistent which made for some weird retractions (at least for me).
