Headphone Holder for Costco Artika Sonolok Panel

This headphone holder fits between two Artika Sonolok sound-absorbing slatted panels from Costco and allows wide headband support. I recommend printing with supports for the part that fits in the panels. I am very new to using CAD, so I don't know how to rotate the STL to the recommend position.
