Description

Heyho I make knifes and for the handles I dont want to use my very heavy height ripper all the time. So I designed this height marking device to use with a normal pencil (7 mm). 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media There are two versions. 1. 7,5 mm - 65 mm markable height. 2. 7,5 mm - 104,5 mm markable height. In addition to the printed parts and a standard sized pencil you will need one M5 hex screw . I used a M5 x 20 mm one. But shorter screws will work fine too! (If you don't have a hex screw at hand you can also use a normal M5 screw & a nut with the remix by Joe) I printed it with PLA, 3 Perimeters & 25% infill. But more certainly does no harm and make the system stiffer. If you have problems with turning the knob use some paraffin (kandle) or another lubricant. Have fun marking and keep on printin! If you like my work, I would be very happy about a small tip :) https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/MeisterEdel Update 1: 25.11.2022 Added a Holder for a Carpenters pencil. (I dont have one lyin around so I cant test it myself) This holder will rise the lowest position a little bit. Update 28.12.2022 Fixed the large height tower because the measurements were off a few mm! Sorry :)
