I do not recommend using anything beyond 3mm lower as it will significantly reduce the amount of cooling to the nozzle. To minimize the effect on cooling, choose the one with the smallest offset that will work for you. I have included bowden adapters for using ptfe fittings, print the one that matches your fitting.
