Hidden Blade, inspired by imdeepain reborn's design

This is a project I started a while ago. Recently, I got back to it and improved it a little. I got mine to work, but not that well because I used cheap, small rubber bands instead of springs. The thing as a whole does work, just needs enough power to eject and retract the blade by spinning the gears. On the base, where the two locks go, I used a spring from a pen that I straightened out, and I just used a tiny bit of hot glue to keep them in place. It worked well for me. The gears are held in place by paper clips. I recommend watching the videos on imdeepain reborn’s channel, as he’s the creator of this design and it will give you an idea on how to assemble it.
