Holder for vial of nozzle/clog cleaning needles

We all have that vial of nozzle needles rolling around. I wanted a holder for mine that could be mounted on a rack above my printers alongside my other commonly used tools. This will hold a vial that is 13mm or less in diameter. I am pretty new to 3D design, so constructive feedback is welcomed. No supports or brim needed.
