HORIZONTAL Print - DRUM SPRING - Talon Magazine (12,17,20) - shorter feed lips, more compatibility

Straight Talon DRUM SPRING Mag [ 12 / 17 / 20 short darts ] --> for DRUM SPRING --> Horizontal Print --> shorter feed lips to be compatible with more blasters (e.g. ONTOS and MULTI-TOOL) Since my MULTI-TOOL and ONTOS don't accept the original shape of the feed lips (with the angle that don't need supports) from the other horizontal print magazines, I modified the feed lips to a more rectangular standard shape (these unfortunately need supports). These should be compatible with even more blasters. So if you have problems with the original horizontal printed Talon mags by Astropulse or thunkar not fitting into some blasters because of the feed lips, then this version could be the solution for you. After attaching the drum spring, do NOT(!) let the follower hit the feed lips at full speed. You can, for example, hold an old Elite dart into the magazine from above so that the follower hits it first and cushions the impact. Horizontal printed mags slide smoother, get stuck less, and sound quieter when loading/unloading. A big advantage of this is the print direction of the feed lips, which makes them much more difficult to break when printed horizontally. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Update 31.3.2026: - Added a magazine with a 20-dart capacity. - The follower has been made slightly wider and longer by 0,8 mm so that it rattles less when the magazine is empty. Update 3.4.2026: - Added an alternative Bottom_Sliding_Plate with screw hole for a short Nerf/X-Shot screw to lock the bottom in place. I recommend using this version for a permanently secure fit of the bottom plate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The files are already pre-oriented. My print settings for PLA: 0,2mm layer height 4-5 Walls 7 top and bottom shell layers 20% gyroid or cubic infill Supports needed for the feed lips, the catch notch, the drum spring slot. → Don't use supports wihtin the mag!
