Description
I created a housing for a very simple thermal FLIR camera. The camera is so simple, that it even doesn't have a brand. It is for sale on Amazon and other websites. It is a little bit important in which position the parts are printed. The front side of the housing I printed it up side down. In this position the 2 buttons do not need support. The disadvantage is, the top side of the camera will not be the smoothest side. The back side I printed with the outside downwards. This way the inside does not need support. The inside will stay smooth and clean, so the camera will fit easily. Also here the disadvantage is that the outside is not smooth because of the remains of the support The power button I printed up side up. Beneath the button support is needed, but the top side of the button will be nice with three ribs for friction. It might be the hole of the button is too big. If it isn't a tight fit, use a tiny drop of glue in the hole and let it dry before inserting the power button. At the bottom there is a hole for a camera stand, and at the side there is a tiny hole for a camera cord
