HSW parametric Ruler Hook - outside the board

another ruler hook remix for hang right or left side of the honeycomb wall 30mm margin. 4 orientation included. i added scad files and bottom alternative which don't need support. V2 update: after some valuable feedback. i update the model. now v2 uses hexplug library for easy fit. a model with insert also available.
