Hydrogear 1310 1007 SST Dog Clutch Repair

The power steering engagement clutches inside the self contained transaxel were worn and no longer engaging. Hydrogear considers these units non-repairable and recommend a replacement assembly. I disassembled and re-modeled the plastic part with some improvements to minimize the loading along the weak axis of the part due to FDM and printed in PA12 CF. This hydrogear is the drive unit on a 34" Blub Cadet Snowblower and has held up through significant snowfall removal. Depending on the printer tolerance and percision, there may be light sanding of the part required to ensure proper fit. This may match other similar axels but I cannot confirm.
