Description

I printed the bumper from TPU all concentric with 20% infill and did the core on its side, concentric, and 100% infill to help ensure strength and layer adhesion in both directions. I stuffed the bumper in the hole, then with some CA glue, I shoved the core in afterward and it seems to be about perfect even down to the level of squish.
