Ice cream handle - Improved drainage (no holes & no need for cap)

This is a variation of @Allpa's great design https://www.printables.com/model/964706-ice-cream-handle-and-drip-guard-for-kids-eis-handg/remixes On this version, holes for sticks don't go to the base. Instead, they go down enough to hold the stick, and I added extra drainage holes to connect to cup's inside. This makes melted ice cream coming from the stick to join melted ice cream coming from the top. These extra drainage holes also help with cleaning. This way, there is no need to use a cap at the bottom, or having holes shortened but making cleaning difficult. Text you see on the photo was added with Prusa Slicer at slicing time.
