Igloo Replacement Handle for 25 to 72 Quart Rectangular Cooler

There are already some excellent functional replacement handles available for download (search for igloo handle) and igloo sells them as well, With this design, the following attributes are included: Relief bevel to ease snapping handle in bracket similar to original part Gentle curve of handle sides to match original Two part construction so it be printed without supports and allows a smooth handle surface. To assemble, just screw together with a drop of glue on the threads and tighten the parts until alignment marks match, then snap into the original bracket at a 90 degree angle. Igloo original parts can be found at the following: Igloo part 21023 igloo part 9647 Note: I recommend using a tough UV resistant filament such as PCTG, or ASA if your printer can handle it. Also, a couple drops of a CA (super) glue to lock handle parts together in alignment.
