Description
I modeled this Drybox because I couldn't find any, fitting two 70mm Spools. You can directly print from it. The Drybox is designed to be as airtight as possible. This is supposed to make the silica gel stay dry as long as possible. Features: -fits two spools up to 70mm wide -you can print from it -filament stays dry and is getting dried -really airtight -low friction (bearings) -less filament needed (compared to others) -practical Parts list: -Ikea 365+ 10.6l Box (lid sold separately sometimes) -8x skateboard bearings -2x 8mm threaded rod 164mm long -PTFE tube (choose your own legnth) -silica gel (ca 300g) 3D printed parts: -right side -left side -silica container -4x rolls -2x connectors -2x washers 2xFilament Pass-Throughs (Remix of CooterBaldwins "Filament Pass Thru Two" on Printiverse) https://www.printables.com/model/1696885-simple-filament-pass-through-with-seal -Outer -Inner -Seal (TPU) Required tools: -10mm drill (to drill holes in the lid) -saw (to cut the threaded rod) Please give feedback !
