Description

I wanted to attach a webcam via the cool articulating system to an IKEA Bror. Bror comes with regular mounting points. Normally those are for fixing shelves and joining together adjacent Bror columns, but you can also slide on 3D printed parts and optionally fix with a screw. This part sticks into inner side of a column on the left side of a Bror, and sticks out to the right . Mirror if you want the other way around. Requirements If you just print this part, it will most likely hold your articulating camera mount more than sufficiently just by friction on the Bror mount point. If you want extra credit, get: M5x12 bolt (ideally flat head hex socket = the same type of screw as comes with Bror) Thin M5 square nut (also comes with Bror) I'm pretty sure adding the bolt and nut is extremely overkill and unnecessary, but I felt like being fancy. Printing Should print well without support with the top face (= the flat horizonal face) on the build plate: 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media
