Description
This is a remix of few ideas. The first important thing of this remix - it makes possible usage of 2kg spools, what was important for me. I borrowed an idea from https://www.printables.com/@LiborMartine_1300083 of having the spool holder setup of 1kg-1kg-2kg-1kg-1kg. An idea was IMO nice, but I did not like filament guides from that setup, so I decided to modify original MMU Spool holder parts from original Prusa Enclosure V2 IMPORTANT : My models are not compatible with original Prusa Enclosure V2 - MMU2S Spool holder parts, so it will require new wholes in your IKEA LACK , new rolls and new rods, as sizing does not match! I've decided to use 80mm space for 1KG spools and 146mm space for 2KG spools, as I found 75mm spacer from spool holder to small for some of mine 1kg spools. This also required smaller rolls (77.8mm for 1kg and 143.8mm for 2kg) and new rods. So I've also resized rods and rolls from https://www.printables.com/@Mathysek_1461926 . So rolls are also compatible with 608 bearings. I printed rods horizontally with full infill, just to make it is stronger. The rest parts can be printed with 15% infill. Printed my using PETG. Rolls should be printed vertically, with support on build plate only. Part-2 - should be rotated diagonally to fit on the plate. (It did fit without any issues on my MK4 plate)
