IKEA Samla Filament Spool Roller (Wider)

Widened the rollers by 2mm to fit 3DJake filament spools which are 76.5mm wide. Also added a version with easier bearing removal (straightened the top of the bearing holder arc) and matching insert holes on either side (brass inserts should still work didn't test though). Tolerances of my bearings were suboptimal so I created a tolerant version of the rollers (bore should be 8mm). Print 3 of them, they still fit into the 22L Samla. Print and assemble as you would with the original. Also created a silica holder which fits in the middle.
