Improved Klim Krios / Nishua Enduro Hinge Plate (WIP – Read Note!)

Attempt at designing improved hinge plates based on a high-resolution 3D scan of the worn-out originals from my Nishua Enduro helmet (largely identical to the Klim Krios). The goal was to improve the terrible original mechanism by designing a hinge plate that allows tensioning the detent to compensate for wear. However, I was unsuccessful so far, and my ABS print broke during assembly. For now, consider this non-functional! I'm just sharing both the design and the 3D scan in the hope that someone can use them as a base for a working solution.
