improved ratchet for LTT screwdriver

improved ratchet for @cheffhd_1205785's ltt screwdriver, with more 3 times more "fins" as the original it should be 3 times as strong, im trying to make the ratchet even stronger, so maybe ill update the file included (or add a v3.5). I had to scale up the part 103% to make it fit correctly in my screwdriver and bit holder, please do note that i used PC for printing my part. so you mileage will vary! you only have to print this part the rest of @cheffhd_1205785's parts will fit.
