Description

The original "front-set_steering-arm" of the Explorer MK1 has several disadvantages: Large tolerances causing steering wobble / or in some cases too much frichtion Excessively long steering arm for the servo, resulting in collision during steering While there's an existing remix that improves the standard arm, I wanted to avoid reprinting numerous parts. Therefore, I decided to design a solution that better suits my preferences. I discovered that this small part is more than strong enough for the task. Benefits of This Modification If you're looking for: Better tolerance in the steering arm Reduced friction in the steering mechanism No collision between the steering arm and its support Then I highly recommend printing these parts. Printing Guide Material: PETG Settings: 4 perimeters Random seam (also known as random start points) Required Parts 2x 10x15x4 bearings (the same bearings required for the wheel axis) 1x M4x30 and M4 nut (Same as for standard steering arm) Installation 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media
