Improved Sun Gear for Planetary Gear Light Switch Cover

This is a small mod to the excellent Planetary Gear Light Switch Cover by squinn . In the original the rocker arm often pops off the sun gear when operating the switch. This mod adds a flange to the top of the feature that captures the rocker arm that keeps it from slipping off.
