Model in photos printed with Matte Black/White PLA and Multi color Silk PLA with 0.2mm layer height and 2 walls printed with 10% infill There is enough "wiggle room" between the pieces that you could probably print this at 50% size and still have smooth sliding, I gave 0.5mm gap on each side.
