iOS Settings Extruder Visualizer for Sovol SV06

This is a remix of @serialx' remix from @GerryPB's iOS Settings Extruder Visualizer to make it fit on the SOVOL SV06 (and possibly others, let me know). Assembly remains the same as in the remix from @serialx . Two versions: one with the gear flush to the trim and one where the gear protrudes so you can still manually turn it. Also, the original Sovol gear still fits.
