Iris Gift Box - The Remix

The outer dial and top circle are made in fusion360. Using prusa slicer I did a 4 colour change on the top circle, which only takes 60mins to print. The big change on this design is the iris blades as I found they were a tiny bit too large and would get stuck or misaligned. I ended up scaling them to 99% for x & y but I left z at 100%. I find they close better now. Still use the same ball bearing size of 6mm. I added iris blade alt 4 and new screenshot of the iris blades I did this morning. I used a clear plastic laminate on the backside to make the windowed appearance. I printed the top Egyptian circle at 0.15 Quality in Prusa Slicer.
