J1772 EV Charger Holder with higher lip

The original J1772 holder by Ken worked well for me, except that loops of cable hung over the top would frequently fall off as the lip is quite low. When my old one broke I decided to modify it to add a higher lip. While I was working on it, I also tightened the latch point for the connector so it is a bit less loose in the holder. Finally, I put gussets on the sides of the cable holder since it broke on my old one.
