JC-Creality K1 Lid Riser Back Betweener with better wires and ptfe management

Remixed SYSDmg design mainly to add space for 2 wires to go in the attended slots of the metal frame. It allows to avoid the printer carriage to catch one of the wire (the main wire, and in my case an USB cable for my Cartographer3D). Please see picture for better understanding. It also cover the “triangle hole” of the rear right hinged corner. It also slightly move the bottom slot (for the part on which the cable-chain is screwed) on the right side for better adjustment. Print with supports (see picture)
