You can print it like @emcee_nars recomended, or, like I did, cut the part in two and print it in the position in the photo. The hinges printed in this position are much more strong and you need this. And the speedbump will not have any external supports and it'll look very nice in the end. The internal supports will not be a problem if they will not let a very clean surface. Nobody will see it :) I made it from PETG - Solid Black from eSUN. I like their “Solid” series because these filaments are absolutely hydrophobic, strong and w/o any special requirements for printing. Obvious, if you'll choose, like me, the 2 parts printing variant, then you'll have to use some glue to stick together the two parts.
