Description

I designed this case to hold a 50-piece set of assorted jigsaw blades I bought on Amazon. They came individually wrapped in plastic and in a single compartment case but that made it difficult to find the ones I wanted. With this case I can easily see which blades I have, partitioned into sections, and with individual slots to keep them separated without the need for the plastic wrap around each blade. Here are the slicer settings I altered from default: Brim type: No-brim Elephant foot compensation: 0.2 Wall generator: Arachne Walls printing order: Inner/Outer/Inner Wall loops: 3 To print the bottom of the case horizontally I also altered this setting: Ensure vertical shell thickness: None If left at Auto, the thermal contraction from the additional internal solid infill placed below top surface areas distorts the outer walls. This was particularly notable in the middle layers of the print. I printed this on my Elegoo Centauri Carbon using Polymaker PLA Pro.
