📘 Description (EN) This model is a civilian-use Junior Mobile Suit inspired by Mobile Suit Z Gundam . It is designed as a non-combat mobile suit , intended for industrial and commercial work rather than military use. The proportions and overall design are inspired by classic Gundam plastic model kits, with a deliberate focus on a retro 1980s aesthetic. To preserve that feeling, this model is designed as a kit-style assembly , so the building process itself is part of the experience. The model was created using SketchUp . As a result, some parts may contain minor manifold errors . (Yes, I know 😅 Thank you very much for your understanding!) The joint system is based on the easy13 joint design , and has been resized and modified to match the proportions and articulation needs of this Junior Mobile Suit. This is not a direct reuse, but an adapted version for this model. The hand parts are compatible with other models using the easy13 system , allowing for easy customization and pose variation. A Hyper Beam Gun is included as an optional accessory . However, since this unit is designed as a civilian work machine, it is not intended to be permanently equipped with weapons. Feel free to display it with or without the weapon as you prefer. This is a fan-made model and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any official license holder. ⚠ Assembly Notes This model is designed with a tolerance of approximately 0–0.1 mm . Depending on your printer, material, and print settings, some joints may feel tight during assembly. Hole expansion, light sanding, or minor adjustments may be required. Please avoid using excessive force, as this may cause damage. ▪ Filament Pin Fixing The backpack cable connectors and the Hyper Beam Gun include approximately 2 mm holes . These are intended for short pieces of spare filament, which should be inserted and secured with adhesive. ▪ Rear Cable Representation Rear cables are intended to be represented using standard electrical wires . Each cable connection point includes a ~1 mm hole for adhesive fixing. Please note that glued cables may limit articulation , so check cable length and movement direction before final assembly. ▪ Fragile Parts The backpack antenna and exposed pipeline parts are very thin and fragile . Handle with care during assembly and sanding, and consider attaching these parts at the final assembly stage . 🖨 Print Verification & Recommended Settings This model has been tested using PETG filament with the following settings, and successful printing and assembly have been confirmed : Layer height: 0.12 mm Wall (loops): 2 Infill: 15% Printer: Anycubic S1 Results may vary depending on your printer and material. Minor sanding or hole adjustment may be required. (…네, 알고 있습니다 😅 너그러이 봐주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다!) 관절 구조는 easy13 관절 디자인을 기반으로 , 본 주니어 모빌슈트의 비율과 가동 범위에 맞게 크기와 형상을 수정하여 적용 하였습니다. 단순 재사용이 아닌, 본 모델에 맞게 조정된 구조입니다. 또한 손 파츠는 easy13 시스템을 사용하는 다른 모델들과 호환 되므로, 기존 easy13 손 파츠를 활용해 다양한 포즈 연출이 가능합니다. 하이퍼 빔건은 옵션 부속으로 포함되어 있습니다. 다만 본 기체는 민간 작업용 설정이므로, 무장을 상시 장비하는 것을 전제로 한 모델은 아닙니다. 장착해도 좋고, 그냥 “있어 보이는 부속품”으로 두셔도 괜찮습니다. 본 모델은 팬 메이드 창작물이며, 공식 라이선스 제품이 아닙니다. ⚠ 조립 시 주의 사항 (Assembly Notes) 본 모델은 출력 정밀도를 고려하여 공차를 약 0~0.1 mm 수준 으로 설계되었습니다. 출력 환경, 재질, 프린터 특성에 따라 결합부가 다소 타이트하게 느껴질 수 있습니다. 조립 시에는 필요에 따라 홀 확장, 사포를 이용한 가공, 미세 조정 이 필요할 수 있습니다. 무리한 힘은 파손의 원인이 되므로, 천천히 상태를 확인하며 조립해 주시기 바랍니다. ▪ 필라멘트 핀 고정 방식 백팩의 케이블 연결부 및 무기(하이퍼 빔건) 파트에는 약 2 mm 직경의 홀 이 설계되어 있습니다. 여분의 필라멘트를 적당한 길이로 잘라 삽입한 뒤, 접착제를 사용해 고정해 주시기 바랍니다. ▪ 후면 케이블 표현 모델 후면의 케이블은 일반적인 전선을 사용해 표현하는 구조 입니다. 각 케이블 연결부에는 약 1 mm 직경의 홀 이 있으며, 접착제를 이용해 케이블을 고정해야 합니다. 케이블을 접착할 경우 가동 범위에 제한이 생길 수 있으므로 , 조립 전 길이와 가동 방향을 충분히 확인해 주세요. ▪ 파손 주의 파트 백팩의 안테나 및 본체에 노출된 파이프라인 파트는 형상이 가늘고 돌출되어 있어 매우 쉽게 파손될 수 있습니다. 조립 및 취급 시 각별히 주의해 주시고, 가능하다면 조립의 마지막 단계에서 부착 하는 것을 권장합니다. 🖨 출력 확인 및 권장 설정 본 모델은 PETG 소재 기준으로 제작 및 테스트되었습니다. 아래 설정에서 정상적인 출력 및 조립을 확인 하였습니다. 레이어 높이: 0.12 mm 벽(루프): 2 인필: 15% 프린터: Anycubic S1 프린터 환경이나 소재에 따라 결과는 달라질 수 있으므로, 필요에 따라 사포 가공이나 홀 조정을 병행해 주세요. 위 설정은 참고용 기준입니다. 🙌 마무리 차기 프로젝트에서도 민간·상업용 모빌슈트와 같은 비주류 MS 모델 을 계속 제작하고 싶습니다. 재미있게 보셨다면 많은 관심과 응원 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다!
