Description
This is a ~5.3 mm slim case for KIISU v4b development board by KIISU.io team. It's snap-fit design for quick assembly, no screws required. Neither GPIO pins or SMA connector ports are exposed in this version, since I have not added these features myself yet. Updates 26-Feb-2026: Added an optional battery cover STL LED-light output has intentionally been covered by a single layer and can easily be revealed by punching out with a small screwdriver or pen. Stickers on the top are additional and included as a separate STL file. If you want to use them, multi select both Case Top- and Stickers STL files and set different filament color for each object in your slicer. I have only tested this in Orca Slicer. Assembly Place KIISU on the bottom part first. Ensure that it fits properly, otherwise stop here before breaking anything. Align top part's left side (where the IR and iButton PINs are) and work your way to the right (where the battery is) by pressing the shell together. Check that the device is completely flat and not twisted. Disclaimer This case design has only been tested with my own Kiisu v4b board. Due to possible variations in manufacturing tolerances or differences in 3D printer calibration, I cannot guarantee a perfect fit for all boards or printers. Please check clearances before assembly. I am not responsible for any damage to your board, equipment, or 3D printer resulting from the use of this model. You use and print this design at your own risk.
