Kitchen paper roll holder (IKEA Skadis compatible) - REMIX for larger rolls

I extended the original holder to make it work with larger rolls. I use Costco's paper towels, and the original was just WAY too small. This one will work with all of the original mount pieces (that is why I am not including them in this version - get them from the original) so you don't need to make changes in that regard. The pictures show it mounted in my print room.
