Description
UPDATE: Added to the fun. Included Mordiev 's cap to the front piece. Print with TPU and it works great! I love Antipode's knurled pass through for PC4-M10, and also love kenny93's filament funnel, and then realized the two would work well together. The funnel has a lip that stops the PTFE from encroaching into the container. The funnel makes feeding from inside the drybox that much easier. I printed the inner piece in a bright yellow to contrast well with most filaments, while the outside is black. I printed 0.20mm layers, no supports.
AI Analysis: This is a mechanical part designed for filament extrusion processes. It features a knurled texture for grip and a funnel-shaped design to guide filament through a specific path. The part is constructed from a durable material, likely polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which is known for its chemical resistance and smooth surface finish. It is intended to be used in a dry box environment to prevent contamination and maintain the integrity of the filament.
