Description
This is the version of the drybox feeder insert for using PC4-M10 fitting with the M10 x 0.9 thread. For the PC4-M6 version get the original design by RoboMagus (linked below). This pass-through adapter for a makeshift drybox solves several problems: It spreads the load over a larger area, so the thin wall of the plastic box is less likely to crack. No need for a nut. No need for wrenches to install or remove. Link to the Fusion 360 file: https://a360.co/3ixBAuY Print instructions I printed this in PETG at 0.2 layer height, because I wanted the thread to print nicer.
AI Analysis: Two cylindrical mechanical parts with knurled surfaces and threaded holes, designed for precise alignment and secure attachment in a drybox system. They serve as pass-through components for filament feeders, facilitating the movement of filament through a drybox environment. The material is PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), known for its non-stick properties and chemical resistance.
