Knurled PC4-M6 Filament Fitting Adapter with Funnel for Space Pi (NEW VERSION)

The integrated funnel makes loading the filament easier than the old version. This newer design has a much lower profile since the pneumatic fitting fits inside the printed piece (the base of it should also poke through the bottom just a little) instead of on top. I also needed somewhere to store the airgap spacers when they're not in use – I never knew where to put these things so they wouldn't get lost or forgotten. Lastly, I hadn't been using the dryer as my filament feed after getting the CFS, so the inclusion of a cap in the set was a nice bonus. Now only requires the purchase of 1 part (listed below). The rest is printable. Background I wanted to redo the original filament guide that I'd previously remixed*, and I had some ideas on how to rework and strengthen the threaded area. After obtaining a CFS, integrating a funnel onto the filament inlet seemed like a good idea too. While looking around for a model of the PC4-M6 threads I came across the one from RoboMagus. It turns out his design had just about everything I needed, so instead of redesigning everything from scratch, I pivoted to remixing his model. Note All of the parts are a very tight friction fit (I didn't want the fitting to come off too easily while assembling), so putting it together will require a little bit of force but not enough to break anything. If you're having trouble fitting the airgap spacers, check those for elephant's foot and clean up the ends as necessary. After a few uses the parts will slip through more easily. All parts are orientated in optimal printing position. Use of a brim is highly recommended for the funnel. Take care not to overtighten the fitting to the funnel because only a few threads are exposed.
