Knurled Scroll Plate for 2.5 Inch Three Jaw Chuck

I found mdkendall's 3 jaw chuck to be extremely useful, but turning the scroll plate without using the tommy bar holes was a bit slippery. I added some spiral knurling around the edge to provide better grip. Shouldn't need to change anything about the print instructions on the original model.
