Description
A hexagonal box using a traditional Japanese pattern known as a "Wagara". This specific wagara is a wave called Seigaiha. I printed these models on a Snapmaker U1 with “Color Painting” enabled in Orca Slicer with "edge detection" enabled. I used Onshape to design the model. The koi and wagara graphics were created in Inkscape by using the Trace Bitmap tool on raster images. I then exported those bitmaps as a .dxf file that could be imported into Onshape and extruded into the model.
