Lack enclosure eSun filament dryer guide

Remade the original eSun 6mm filament box tube guide in order to extend the guide by 5mm and add a cap from the other side. The second cap is attached to the guide using 9x1mm threads making it a snug fit. Now the guide does not move when moving the PTFE tube. It also prevents cardboard dust from falling on the printer from the bottom hole, and looks cleaner overall. As mentioned, this model is designed to fit snugly. If you have issues with threading the bottom cap, use a deburring tool/knife to remove a tiny bit of plastic from the top inner side of the bottom cap (top side is the side with the larger diameter). To make the threads as accurate as possible, print with 0.1mm layer height.
