Larger thumbscrews/wheels

The original thumbscrews are great when you are in a position to use your fingers to tighten the screws, but I needed some knobs that are more convenient to tighten with your whole hand, hence these suit me better. Uses the same fantastic design with a cap screw and a nut as the original. Print these with the round hole facing down toward the build plate. Due to the higher leverage that these thumbscrews apply to the nut, they have a tendency to loosen the screw when screwing it all the way into a blind hole. I suggest using a high-strength thread-locker to prevent the nut from coming loose. I only created these for M6 and M8 for now, but can add more sizes (based on the orignal models) upon request.
